The hospice philosophy accepts dying as a natural process and seeks to neither hasten nor postpone death.  Mesilla Valley Hospice supports and reaffirms this philosophy, and offers effective pain and symptom relief management along with social and spiritual support provided by our team of professionals.  Because of this, Mesilla Valley Hospice will not participate in the medical aid in dying process if chosen by individuals, but we are committed to continue to provide high quality hospice support to these individuals through their final stages of life.
